Who we are
DAVIAZZI 3D sells digital files for 3D printing (STL and customizable files) at daviazzi.store, from Argentina. Contact: soporte.daviazzi@gmail.com.
Digital products
All products are digital files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what’s included, the file formats and compatible printers. Images are digital previews.
Prices and payment
International prices are in US dollars. Orders from outside Argentina are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, any applicable sales tax/VAT and the receipt. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
After payment you get a download link on screen and by email. If you have trouble downloading, write to us with your order number.
License
Each purchase grants the commercial license: you may sell the printed pieces with no limit, but not resell, share or distribute the files.
If a file doesn’t work
If a file doesn’t open, is incomplete or isn’t the product you paid for, email us at soporte.daviazzi@gmail.com with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We’ll check it and send you a corrected file. A refund is only given if we can’t deliver a working file, or where the law of your country requires it.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered instantly and stay with you, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been downloaded, except where the law of your country requires it.
Privacy
- Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and shares with us the order details (order number, products, amount, name and email). We use them only to deliver your purchase and answer questions.
- We don’t sell or share your data. The services involved are Lemon Squeezy (payments and delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting).
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at soporte.daviazzi@gmail.com.
Print results
The designs are made for filament (FDM) printers with the settings in each guide. Results depend on each person’s printer, material and settings.
